Item (2) of the first paragraph of Article 8 is amended as: "A part-time lawyer is one who has obtained the qualification as a lawyer, practiced in a law firm for one year, and engaged in law teaching or research in institutions of higher learning and law research, and needs to engage in legal work." At the same time, delete the first paragraph (three). Three. Article 9 is amended as: "Residents of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualification of national lawyers who want to practice as lawyers shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state." 4. Item (4) of the first paragraph of Article 18 is amended as: "It has a start-up capital of not less than100,000 yuan." 5. Item (3) of Paragraph 1 of Article 19 is amended as: "It has a start-up capital of not less than100,000 yuan." 6. Item (2) of the first paragraph of Article 21 is amended as: "List, resume, legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer qualification certificate, lawyer practice certificate and their copies." 7. Item (3) of Paragraph 1 of Article 35 is amended as: "Meet the criminal suspect and defendant in custody alone and communicate." Article 56 is amended as: "Lawyers and law firms may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law if they are not satisfied with the disciplinary decision approved by the municipal judicial administrative organ."
This decision shall come into force as of the date of adoption.
The Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Lawyers shall be correspondingly amended according to this decision.
