Can't you engage in legal work if you fail the judicial examination for law majors?

Don't! ! !

At present, there is no specific requirement for lawyers recruited by general companies to pass the judicial examination unless they are large-scale enterprises or foreign-funded enterprises.

Moreover, Article 58 of the newly revised Civil Procedure Law stipulates that the following persons may be entrusted as agents ad litem: (1) lawyers and grassroots legal service workers; (2) Close relatives or staff members of the parties concerned; (three) citizens recommended by the community, units and relevant social organizations where the parties are located.

Of course, the results of this year's judicial examination have not been announced yet, so don't scare yourself, the results are facts! And as a law graduate, the judicial examination is a pity, so don't give up, keep enough patience and confidence to deal with it! Good luck! ! !
