The jurisdictional provisions of the People's Courts at all levels of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are as follows:

Article 1 The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Basic People's Court and the Intermediate People's Court exercise the jurisdiction of the local Basic People's Court and the Intermediate People's Court respectively case jurisdiction, and has jurisdiction over various cases within the Corps.

The Production and Construction Corps Branch of the Higher People's Court of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has jurisdiction over first-instance, appeal and other cases within the Corps that should have been under the jurisdiction of the Higher People's Court, and its judgments and rulings are those of the Higher People's Court of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. However, appeal cases and death penalty review cases involving death sentences (including suspended death) imposed by the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Intermediate People's Court are under the jurisdiction of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Higher People's Court.

Article 2 The first-instance criminal cases initiated by the People’s Procuratorate of the XPCC shall be under the jurisdiction of the XPCC People’s Court.

The XPCC People's Court has jurisdiction over first-instance private prosecution criminal cases, second-instance criminal cases and retrial criminal cases, and shall apply the relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law.

Article 3 The People’s Court of the Corps has jurisdiction over the following civil cases:

(1) Cases within the scope of the reclamation area;

(2) Both parties involved are within the scope of the Corps This city’s case is a citizen, legal person or other organization within the Corps;

(3) One of the parties is a citizen, legal person or other organization within the Corps, and the defendant’s domicile is in the work area, living area or management area of ??the Corps of town cases.

For cases that meet the conditions for agreed jurisdiction and exclusive jurisdiction, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Law.

Article 4 Administrative cases with the XPCC administrative agency as the defendant shall be under the jurisdiction of the XPCC People’s Court where the administrative agency is located, and its jurisdiction shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Litigation Law.

Article 5: The People’s Court of the XPCC shall have jurisdiction over foreign-related cases within the scope of the XPCC. The Production and Construction Corps Branch of the Higher People's Court of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region determines the Corps Court that has jurisdiction over foreign-related cases in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Supreme People's Court.

Article 6 Any dispute over jurisdiction between the People’s Courts at all levels of the Corps and the local People’s Courts at all levels in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Higher People’s Court of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Article 7 The first-instance appeals court under the jurisdiction of the Production and Construction Corps Branch of the Higher People’s Court of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is the Supreme People’s Court.

Article 8 The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Higher People’s Court will not retry the judgments and rulings made by the Production and Construction Corps Branch of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Higher People’s Court for retrial cases.

Article 9 These regulations shall come into effect on the date of promulgation. If other provisions regarding the jurisdiction of the People's Court of the XPCC are inconsistent with these provisions, these provisions shall prevail.
