The public security organ shall, within 5 days from the date of receiving the appraisal opinion, serve a copy of the appraisal opinion to the illegal suspect and the infringed person.
Notice period of assessment notice
1. Appraisal notice refers to the judicial procedure in which the public security organ conducts judicial appraisal of relevant evidence or the mental state of the parties according to law and puts forward appraisal opinions.
2. The public security organ shall, within five days from the date of receiving the expert opinion, serve a copy of the expert opinion on the illegal suspect and the infringed person. If the diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution serves as the basis for the public security organ to determine the degree of personal injury, it shall inform the illegal suspect and the infringed person in writing of the conclusion of the diagnosis certificate.

Paragraph 2 of Article 8 1 stipulates that the public security organ shall send a copy of the expert opinion to the illegal suspect and the infringed person within five days from the date of receiving the expert opinion.
