Detainee Code of Conduct1. In order to maintain the supervision order of detention centers and ensure the normal conduct of criminal proceedings, these norms are formulated in accordance with the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Detention Centers" and national laws and regulations.

2. This code is the code of conduct for detainees and must be strictly observed.

3. Seriously study national laws and regulations, and establish the correct attitude of abandoning evil and doing good, strengthening righteousness and eliminating evil.

4. You must abide by prison regulations and relevant provisions of the detention center, and obey the management education of detention center staff and the supervision of the armed police on duty. 5. Take the initiative to report your thoughts, truthfully explain your problems, actively report and expose the criminal behavior of others, and discover that other detainees have violated prison regulations and have premeditated, and committed criminal acts such as escape, murder, and suicide. , and report and stop them immediately, and must not conceal or cover up.

6. Maintain good personal and prison hygiene, protect public property, and be civilized and polite.

7. Observe the daily life system and strictly follow the prescribed work and rest time.

8. After hearing the wake-up signal, you must get up immediately, and you are not allowed to stay in bed without permission.

9. After getting up, you must tidy up the room, wash your clothes neatly, and do not grab anything.

10. Shoes, bedding, toiletries, rice bowls and other daily necessities must be placed according to regulations and be neat and uniform.

11. When eating, you have to queue up to get your meal. No knocking of utensils, no grabbing and eating, no collective eating or drinking, no exchanging food, no throwing away leftovers or wasting food.

12. Male detainees are not allowed to be naked, and female detainees are not allowed to wear only vests and briefs.

13. During the day, except during nap time, you are not allowed to recline or lie on the ceiling, and you are not allowed to move around at will.

14. After hearing the signal to sleep, you must immediately go to the designated place to sleep. You are not allowed to change bunks without permission. You are not allowed to make noise or whisper. You are not allowed to sleep with your head covered with a quilt.

15. The floor, walls, ceiling and outside of the cell must be kept clean. No spitting, no urination, no littering, no graffiti, no smoking.

16. Pay attention to personal hygiene. Clothes and bedding should be washed and dried frequently, and long hair and nails should be kept away.

17. Keep tableware clean and pay attention to food hygiene.

18. Outdoor activities must be carried out in outdoor places, and no one is allowed to stay in the prison cell without permission.

19. If you are sick, you must report to the prison guard and doctor promptly. When seeing a doctor, state your condition truthfully. You are not allowed to make trouble unreasonably. You are not allowed to name the medicine. You must follow your doctor's advice and cooperate with treatment.

20. Do not look around or block the observation hole at the cell door, do not yell at other cells, do not throw notes or other items, do not inquire about others or take messages, letters and other items for others .

21. Prisoners are not allowed to lend or give property or money without permission. If they volunteer to help others, they must report it in writing to the disciplinary authority, and they can only give or borrow after approval.

22. When entering or exiting the prison area for interrogation, interviews, or labor, you must stand at attention within the yellow warning line and report to the correctional officer and the armed police on duty. Only after approval can you enter or exit the warning line.

23. Correct your learning attitude and form a good habit of conscious learning.

24. Seriously study the party’s policies and national laws and regulations, connect them with reality, check them, and reflect deeply.

25. Strictly abide by study disciplines, sit in prescribed positions and postures, and maintain good study order.

26. You must be familiar with the prison’s rules and regulations and code of conduct, and abide by them conscientiously.

27. You must participate in various learning activities, complete learning tasks on time, and do not engage in other activities during study and reflection time. During the discussion, you should actively speak based on your own ideas and practices, but you should not interrupt others. You should take study notes and write down your experiences. 28. Books, newspapers and other study materials must be taken care of and are not allowed to be damaged or occupied.

29. Behave in a civilized manner, speak kindly, tell the truth, tell the truth, do not tell lies, tell lies, and do not do low-level obscene actions.

30. Detainees are only allowed to call them by their first names. They are not allowed to use nicknames, epithets, or call them brothers.

31. For detention center staff and other state staff, surnames and titles must be used. When the position is unknown, it can be called police, prosecutor, judge, cadre, etc. , for armed police soldiers, they can be collectively called squad leaders, and for workers, they can be collectively called masters.

32. Polite expressions. Use honorifics such as "please" when asking for help, apologies such as "sorry" and "please forgive me" when feeling ashamed, modest words such as "you're welcome" and "it's okay" when helping others, and thank you and "trouble" when receiving help from others.

33. When guests and leaders come to inspect, you must maintain a good mental outlook and answer the leaders' questions truthfully. During the inspection, you are not allowed to watch, comment, or approach without authorization.

34. When the correctional police opens the door and enters the cell, they must sit in the designated position, stand up and answer "come" when their name is called, answer "yes" when they receive instructions and wait for orders, and stand at attention when answering questions. . (Except for special circumstances) They are not allowed to point fingers or compete for words, and keep a certain distance. They are not allowed to approach without permission.

35. When detainees participate in labor, they must have a correct attitude, obey the arrangements of the detention center, obey the instructions of managers, complete labor production tasks with quality and quantity, and must not be passive.

36. When working, you must pay attention to safety, observe labor discipline, and strictly abide by operating procedures.

37. Labor tools, raw materials, and products must be taken care of, and raw materials are not allowed to be used to make other items.

38. During work, you are not allowed to make noises, laugh, or fight, you are not allowed to impose your labor and production tasks on others, you are not allowed to enter and leave the workplace at will, and you are not allowed to bring contraband and items unrelated to labor and production. Items brought into the workplace.

39. When entering or exiting the prison area for work purposes, you are not allowed to talk to other detainees, nor are you allowed to bring messages, letters or other items for other detainees.

40. At the end of work, labor tools should be counted and sorted according to regulations. Labor tools, raw materials and products are not allowed to be brought into the prison or hidden. If labor tools are lost, report them immediately and find them.

41. The persons in custody referred to in this Law refer to criminal suspects, defendants and criminals.
