Weekly Notes on Graduation Practice of Law Firm

The first week of practice

20 10 February No.65438—February No.8, 2065438+00

Worked as an intern in Beijing Anyuan Law Firm for half a year. Actually, I've only been here two months. I will go home tomorrow, and I will struggle alone. During my internship, I learned a lot from my personal experience and benefited a lot. Everyone says that lawyers nowadays are black, not all, at least 95%. I was surprised to hear these words. No, no, no. The first time I heard his voice on the phone, I thought he was an elderly lawyer. When I met him, I found that he was still very young, just giving others a sense of stability. Lawyer Zhang is a lawyer I admire very much. Many of his clients are petitioning, but his handling of appeals is very simple. He is an experienced lawyer. He is sincere, earnest and talented. He leads a very frugal life. I was very surprised when I found out.

Lawyer Li and lawyer Zhou are both very pragmatic and compassionate lawyers. I remember once, he actually called a customer to collect the unused 500 yuan. Lawyer Zhou said, "Real people like us can't make a fortune." Teacher Li Lu said, "He is poor enough. This money must be returned to him. " Lawyer Yu, a former teacher, now resigns to be a lawyer. He is very serious. I remember that once I called a criminal defender an agent, and he immediately corrected: "What agent is a defender?" I'm ashamed. I have studied law for three years, and I haven't even understood such a basic problem. He didn't study law before, but now he is very experienced in law. Other lawyers will not introduce them one by one. In a word, they are all experienced and knowledgeable lawyers, young and upright, who put the idea that all men are created equal into real life.

Practice for the second week

February 9th 2010—February 6th 2065 438+00.

Is human nature good or evil? Is it selfish? Still kind? I have never seriously thought about this problem before, but I have seriously thought about human nature because I recently read Marcia's Thoughts. I think people are selfish by nature. However, we can change people's selfish problems and become less unbearable through cultivation and transformation the day after tomorrow. For example, I have been reading in the classroom every day recently. Sometimes someone is talking, and I hate people who affect others' study. So if someone talks for a long time, I will be disgusted, but I don't never talk, but when I talk by myself, I won't hate myself and feel that what I say is reasonable. Besides, I won't talk for long. And why do I resent what others say?

I think people are selfish. When other people's actions violate your interests, you will resist because you feel that your interests have been violated. On the contrary, when you infringe the interests of others, you won't feel that your behavior is unbearable for others.

I think many people have had this kind of example, but we think it is too common to pay attention to it.

Why do you feel disgusted, indignant and disgusted with other people's remarks? And you don't resent your speech at all? I think this phenomenon can be explained by Marca Veri's thought about the evil of human nature.

Practice for the third week

February 24, 2065438 20 10

"All men are born equal" Everyone is born equal, and everyone has the right to life and education. The English word for right is "right", and another meaning of "right" is correct. Rights also have correct, just and appropriate meanings.

It is your duty to fight for your rights. This is what the laws of nature require of you, or what the laws of God require of you, and it is the instinctive demand of human beings. From primitive society to present socialism or capitalism, human progress is the result of human's constant struggle for rights. If everyone gives up their rights and doesn't fight for their rights, then we may still be in primitive society, savage society and under the rule of tyrants.

Although the law does not force you to fight for your rights, and rights can be abandoned in civil legal relations, human beings have a relatively humane, comfortable, democratic and free society for their own survival and development and for future generations. Fighting for their rights is your sacred responsibility and obligation given by history.

Value: usefulness, whether you are useful to others, whether others are useful to you or whether an object is useful to people? I find it hard for some people to accept this. It's too direct. There's no need to be so direct.

It's okay. You can read it. It doesn't matter if you disagree.

How can we live a valuable life? Is this value for others or for yourself? You have made outstanding contributions in a certain aspect, and you are also valuable to others. At the same time, you can get respect and recognition from others through your contribution. Do I think people live to be recognized by others?

It hurts to think about it. I think I will live for others all my life, contribute to getting recognition and respect from others, and be valuable to others. What about myself?

However, being able to help others is also a kind of happiness, because you will feel happy while helping others, because you feel that you are still useful, at least you can solve problems for others. You are very useful.

Writing here, I have to think of a theory, that is, selfishness of human nature, is human nature evil? Is he the kind of person who will do anything to get what he wants? Are selfish things valuable to others? Is the opposite of selfishness also a virtue? These are all worth thinking about.

Practice the fourth week

February 25, 2065438+00—March 2065438

In my freshman year, my philosophy teacher told us that the more things we know, the worse people's happiness will be, and it will be difficult for them to feel happy. More and more people are depressed. Because people are alive, ignorance may be a good thing, because then you will think less and feel happy easily, unlike people in many cities. It's too realistic and material. Many girls are like this. Marriage is ok, and you have a car. Do you have a house? How much is a month's salary? I now realize that a person's happiness means that he will feel happy under any circumstances, and it is not based on material things. Yes, does a person have happiness if he has money? No, many rich people are unhappy. Some of them are unhappy in marriage, and some are on tenterhooks all day. So, say so much.
