Lawyers can litigate cases across provinces.
Legal basis: Article 28 of the "Lawyers Law of the People's Republic of China" Lawyers may engage in the following businesses:
(1) Accepting legal fees from natural persons, legal persons or other organizations Entrusted by parties to act as legal advisors;
(2) Accept entrustment by parties in civil cases and administrative cases, and act as agents to participate in litigation;
(III) Accept (III) Accept criminal cases Act as a defender upon the entrustment of a suspect or defendant or accept the assignment by a legal aid agency in accordance with the law; accept the entrustment by a private prosecutor in a private prosecution case, a victim in a public prosecution case or their close relatives, and act as an agent to participate in litigation;

(5) Accept entrustment and participate in mediation and arbitration;
(6) Accept entrustment and participate in mediation and arbitration;
(6) Accept entrustment and provide non-litigation legal services;
(7) Answer legal consultations and write litigation documents and other documents related to legal affairs.
