Lawyers can litigate cases across provinces.

Legal basis: Article 28 of the "Lawyers Law of the People's Republic of China" Lawyers may engage in the following businesses:

(1) Accepting legal fees from natural persons, legal persons or other organizations Entrusted by parties to act as legal advisors;

(2) Accept entrustment by parties in civil cases and administrative cases, and act as agents to participate in litigation;
