Is drunk driving a crime? Some judges and lawyers said that Article 13 of the Criminal Law stipulates that "if the circumstances are obvious, minor and harmless, it is not considered a crime".

Drunk driving is a suspected criminal act, and whether it constitutes a sentence depends on the circumstances.

Article 133 of the Criminal Law stipulates: "Whoever drives a motor vehicle on the road to chase after a race, if the circumstances are bad, or drives a motor vehicle drunk on the road, shall be detained and fined. Those who commit the acts mentioned in the preceding paragraph and at the same time constitute other crimes shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of heavier punishment. " This crime is divided into two situations:
