Visiting hours of Qitun Detention Center in Huludao City

Huludao Qitun Detention Center, like other detention centers in China, cannot be visited by suspects without approval. According to the law, people suspected of committing crimes are held in detention centers to avoid collusion or influence the investigation of cases, and are not allowed to meet and communicate with the outside world. If the visit is approved, the visit shall be conducted at the time agreed with the detention center.
