Legal basis: Notice of the Ministry of Public Security on Printing and Distributing Article 9 Public security organs shall voluntarily disclose the following information to the public:
(a) the duties and powers of public security organs, the rights and obligations of the people's police, discipline requirements and professional ethics;
(2) Normative documents concerning the rights and obligations of citizens, legal persons and other organizations;
(3) the scope of acceptance of criminal, administrative, administrative reconsideration, state compensation and other cases, the accepting department and its contact information, the application conditions and requirements, the procedures and time limit for handling, the style of foreign-related legal documents, the rights and obligations of the parties and the channels for supervision and relief;
(four) the rights and obligations of the administrative counterpart and the channels of supervision and relief;
(5) Convenience service measures related to law enforcement;
(6) Ways and means of reporting complaints;
(seven) the name, responsibilities and authority of the internal organs and agencies that undertake foreign-related law enforcement tasks;
(eight) the office address, working hours and contact information of the window unit, as well as the name and telephone number of the alarm person;
(nine) the setting information of fixed traffic technology monitoring equipment;
(ten) the way, area, starting and ending time, traffic control and on-site control of traffic restrictions;
(eleven) other law enforcement information that should be disclosed to the public as stipulated by laws, regulations, rules and other normative documents.
After the law enforcement information listed in items 1 to 5 of the preceding paragraph is made public by the public security organ at a higher level, the public security organ at a lower level may make it widely available to the public through appropriate channels.
