This major meets the training requirements of law major in famous universities in China, implements basic education of law major, and offers 15 main courses of law major stipulated by the Ministry of Education, including: constitutional law, jurisprudence, Chinese legal history, civil law, criminal law, international law, criminal procedure law, civil procedure law, intellectual property law, commercial law, economic law, administrative law and administrative procedure law, international economic law, private international law and ethnic law courses. This major also offers 60 specialized elective courses and a considerable number of interdisciplinary elective courses, which provides conditions for students to further develop and broaden their knowledge structure in this major.

This major is a combination of arts and sciences, with a four-year academic system. After graduation, I will get a bachelor's degree in law.
