1999, Ma Zhankui and other five people transported more than 50 kilograms of gold mined in Gansu to Tibet by truck. On the way, the gold was seized by the public security organs and sold to the finance. Since then, in 19, Ma Zhankui and others have repeatedly asked the relevant departments for gold. On August 2 this year, the Higher People's Court of Xizang Autonomous Region made a compensation decision, and the public security organ that seized gold at that time had to pay the state compensation of 1 1 ten thousand yuan to Ma Zhankui and other five people.
Ma Zhankui, 54, still remembers the detention of Huang Jin 18 years ago. "The initial investment is large, and our five shareholders lack funds, which makes it difficult for enterprises to maintain." Ma Zhankui said that when he heard that Lhasa Bank had bought gold, they decided to transport it to Lhasa to pay the miners.
Ma Zhankui recalled that1July 30, 1999, when the truck carrying gold was passing through Naqu, Tibet, it was seized by the staff of Naqu Public Security Bureau in Tibet, and two truck drivers were detained at the same time. Ma Wude, a shareholder waiting for the gold in Lhasa, was also taken away by the police.
