Article 122
A lawsuit must meet the following conditions:
(1) The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person or other organization that has a direct interest in the case;
(2) There is a clear defendant;

Article 123
When filing a lawsuit in the People's Court, a complaint shall be submitted and copies shall be submitted according to the number of defendants.
If it is difficult to write a complaint, you can file a complaint orally. The People's Court shall record the case and inform the other party.
