The predecessor of the legal professional qualification examination is the national judicial examination. The legal professional qualification examination is a professional certificate examination established by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Justice according to the Judges Law, the Public Prosecutor Law and the Lawyers Law. Examination subjects and examination forms

Examination subjects in the examination era are: examination paper 1, examination paper 2, examination paper 3 and examination paper 4; One, two and three volumes adopt objective multiple-choice questions, and four volumes adopt subjective questions. The score of each test paper is 150, and the total score of four volumes is 600. The duration of each exam is 180 minutes.

The examination subjects in the French examination era are: objective volume I, objective volume II and subjective questions.

Objective testing is a closed-book and computerized test. Test questions, answering requirements and answering interface are all displayed on the computer display screen. Candidates should use the computer mouse or keyboard to answer directly on the computer answering interface.

The objective test consists of two parts. Each test paper has 100 questions, and the score is 150 points, including 50 single-choice questions, each with 1 point, 50 multiple-choice questions, each with 2 points, and the total score of the two test papers is 300 points. The examination time of subjective test paper is 240 minutes.

The subjective examination is a volume, and the computerized examination is implemented. Including case analysis questions, legal documents questions, essay questions and other questions, the score is 180. Specific examination subjects are:

Thought of rule of law, jurisprudence, constitutional law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, civil law, commercial law, civil procedure law (including arbitration system), administrative law and administrative procedure law, judicial system and legal professional ethics.
