With or without the explanation of lawyers or friends who really understand the law, the procuratorate decided not to prosecute the parties on the grounds that the crime was minor and did not cause serious consequences. Still guilty?
Article 15 of the Criminal Procedure Law shall not be investigated for criminal responsibility under any of the following circumstances. If criminal responsibility has been investigated, the case shall be dismissed, or no prosecution shall be instituted, or the trial shall be terminated or acquitted:
(a) if the circumstances are obviously minor and the harm is not great, it is not considered a crime;
You should belong to this situation. In other words, although you broke the law, there is no social harm and no harmful result. The procuratorate doesn't think this is a criminal act, and will not pursue your criminal responsibility, so you are innocent (you can't be convicted without a court trial) and you can't find a criminal record in the future.
