What are the gender differences in the legal profession?

Female lawyers reject the same sex, which is much more serious than male lawyers rejecting female lawyers. Some female directors' offices have no female lawyers, and some female partners have no female lawyers (assistants). In private communication, female lawyers have no mercy on the same sex, preferring to hand over all their cases to trusted male subordinates. In short, in the end, the directors, partners or human resources directors of the senior management of the law firm will inevitably have such a tendency in the interview: male lawyers are more capable and reliable, while female lawyers may not be competent for the job. Even a fair and objective leader, after the majority of female lawyers occupy half of the country, will inevitably not worry about problems in his law firm. You can also imagine that if you are the director of the institute and all of your 10 staff are women, would you be worried, and then unconsciously start recruiting male lawyers to restore the gender ratio to 1: 1. But if you have ten male lawyers, you won't want to recruit ten more female lawyers-at most, one or two more girls, thinking that men and women are not tired of working together. This idea is simple and primitive, but it exists objectively in our industry.
