Are places where prisoners are held. What's the difference between detention center, detention center and prison?

As the saying goes, there are national laws and family rules. Violation of the law will be punished by law. Some people have little influence on crime, while others have great influence on crime and are detained in different places.

Figure 1

We have seen many news reports of detention centers, which include administrative detention and criminal detention, both of which are held in detention centers. The law enforcers of the detention center are public security personnel, and the detention time is short.

0 1, administrative detention.

The administrative detention of prisoners violates the provisions of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment. The detention period generally does not exceed 10 days, and the longest is not more than 20 days. People who are usually detained have bad behavior, but it does not constitute a crime.

For example, a drunk makes trouble in the street, disturbing public order and destroying people's property. When the police arrest him, they do not obey or resist, which has a great influence on the plot, but does not constitute a crime, and can be administratively detained according to law.

02, criminal detention.

The criminal in criminal detention is a flagrante delicto or the main suspect, who is under investigation but has not yet been sentenced. Compulsory measures taken to temporarily deprive the other party of personal freedom for fear of escape, suicide or destruction of evidence.

After the investigation is clear, the court finds him guilty and will hand him over to other places according to the size of the crime. If there is no sin, they will be released. Criminal detention also has a time limit, generally the longest is 37 days.

03, judicial custody.

In addition to administrative detention and criminal detention, there is also a kind of judicial custody. A criminal in custody refers to a person who seriously violates the court order in judicial activities.

The trial is a very serious matter. If the judge disturbs the court order for many times during the trial, he will be cleared away, and in severe cases, he will be punished by judicial custody. The general detention period is within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can appeal.

Prisoners held in detention centers are generally suspects with a criminal foundation and are waiting for a verdict. The detention center has armed guards, which is much stricter than the detention center.

The detention center will also hold people sentenced to death until the execution of the death penalty is completed. Generally, people sentenced to death are vicious, or the case has a great influence.

For example, murderers and drug dealers need to wear handcuffs and heavy shackles in detention centers. China's laws pay attention to humanity, and most cases of death penalty are serious in nature.

Prisoners in detention centers are generally people under investigation, and family members are not allowed to visit them except lawyers. Prisoners in criminal detention will also be transferred to the detention center, waiting for the verdict.

Detention centers are different from prisons. Prisoners don't have to undergo reeducation through labor while waiting for a verdict. But they have to concentrate on their studies every day, with dozens of people in one room and limited activity area.

Life in the detention center is hard, and most prisoners are anxious to get out when they see lawyers. Food can't compare with outside, let alone entertainment measures.

In the detention center, prisoners wear the same vest, and family members can issue first aid suits, wash clothes in the activity area and go to the toilet at the specified time.

A prisoner in prison is a person who has violated the criminal law and been sentenced by the court according to law. Generally, they are assigned to different prisons according to the level of sentence. However, different regions have different measures.

Prisons have high walls and power grids, as well as armed guards, which are usually handed over by prisoners in detention centers after conviction. Prison life is not easy. If you behave well in prison, you can get a chance to reduce your sentence.

Prisoners in prisons need to be rehabilitated through labor, otherwise they will live for decades. General manual labor transformation is more common, such as electronic lights, sewing and assembly.

The prison implements militarized management, and gets up at a fixed point every day, eats at a fixed point, sleeps at a fixed point and goes out at a fixed point. Prisoners in prison will be punished only if they obey the arrangement and behave badly.

For example, if you make trouble in prison, you will be locked in a dark room, and in serious cases, the chance of commutation will be cancelled. Moreover, in the process of making trouble, prison guards have the right to use electric batons to maintain order. If the prisoner is injured, the prison guard is not responsible.

Prison food is very light, and meat is rarely seen. Family members of prisoners can visit, but they need to behave well. If they are lazy and don't obey the arrangement, they will be deprived of the opportunity to visit.

In prison, there are few people fighting, and life inside is hard. There is no chance of reducing the sentence if you always make trouble. In order to go out early, the prisoner will obediently obey the arrangement and accept labor reform.

To sum up, prisoners in detention centers, detention centers and prisons have different uses. Prisoners held in detention centers have little influence, followed by detention centers and prisons.

Breaking the law has no good result. Don't ruin your bright future on impulse. If there are grievances, the law can severely punish them or defend them through proper channels.
