According to Item (5) of Article 7 of the Administrative Measures for Lawyers' Application for Internship in all china lawyers association, I promise to meet the following conditions for applying for internship:
1. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);
2. Obtain a legal professional qualification certificate;
3. Good conduct, no bad behavior suitable for lawyers;
4. Have full capacity for civil conduct;
5. No criminal punishment;
6. There is no record of being dismissed from public office or having his lawyer's practice certificate revoked.
"Bad firms that are not suitable for lawyers to practice" include the following situations:
(a) because of intentional crime, the people's procuratorate decided not to prosecute or was exempted from punishment by the people's court, but according to the provisions of the criminal law, it is not necessary to sentence or exempt from punishment;
(2) Being dismissed by a state organ or institution due to violation of law and discipline;
(three) the professional qualification or practice certificate has been revoked by the relevant industry authorities or industry associations due to illegal acts;
(4) Being sentenced to public security administrative detention or taking compulsory education and correction measures for illegal acts involving moral conduct;
(five) due to fraud, fraud and other acts of dishonesty was investigated for legal responsibility;
(six) other acts with serious adverse social impact.
I promise that the statement is true and valid, and all the consequences arising from providing false materials shall be borne by me.
