The party group decided to provide the strongest support for the complete success of education rectification. At the beginning of the activity, the court set up an executive team headed by President Li Ke to focus on education and rectification leading group. Besides the main leaders of the executive court and executive office, the members of the group also participated in the main leaders of the political department, supervision office and research office of the court. The leading group is the highest institution of education rectification activities, with an office under it, and its members are composed of relevant comprehensive departments of the hospital. II. The specific situation of the education rectification activities: rich in content, powerful in measures, high in standards and realistic in rectification
The guiding ideology of this education rectification activity is clear, that is, we must resolutely implement the unified deployment and arrangement of the Supreme Court and the Municipal High Court, based on the implementation status of our team and our own work practice. Earnestly do a good job in rectification, and clearly put forward that this educational rectification activity is not allowed to evaluate merit, mainly to find problems, find reasons and determine measures, and resolutely overcome the tendency of going through the motions. Strive to lay a solid ideological foundation, be brave in investigating practical problems, improve the overall image of the enforcement team through rectification, and push the court's enforcement work in an all-round way.

In the learning stage, our institute organized all the executives to study the meeting documents and important speeches of leaders intensively, and discussed them in groups every time, and made records carefully; Organize to watch anti-corruption documentaries and educate and remind everyone through the positive and negative clues of Wang Yanghu and Xu Yunhong; Invited two advanced judges of the court system, Song Yushui and Gao Binghuan, to make a report and have a discussion and exchange with the comrades of the whole hospital; Deeply analyze the painful lessons of Weng Yi's bribery case in Shanghai High Court. (2) Grasping the root and checking the problems

To this end, after the investigation and mobilization stage, all members of the Executive Court and the Executive Office used three rest days to focus on the investigation, requiring all the executors to self-examine all the cases that were suspended from reconciliation, paid debts in kind and closed abnormally during the period from October 2 to September 22; Cases exceeding the trial limit in the above cases; And all closed cases that have been unsealed without approval after the second evaluation. In particular, it is necessary to focus on four types of cases, namely, cases entrusted for evaluation and auction of during the period of suspension's execution, cases suspended due to instructions from leaders, cases with property in the above two types of cases, and cases with property at the time of settlement. Each undertaker is required to make a comprehensive and detailed registration of the reasons for the above situation in the case. Business level is not high, do not pay attention to learning, etc. 3. One of the key points in the investigation stage, that is, the issue of clean government, we can also conduct self-analysis in the self-inspection report. For example, the phenomenon of "escort" in handling cases with the parties; The phenomenon of not resolutely opposing the high consumption proposed by the parties; When going out to handle a case in Beijing, I can't get back to the unit for dinner with the parties or lawyers for a while; The phenomenon of using a car with the parties or other outsiders.
on the basis of self-examination, the education and rectification office held a consultation with the supervision office, and determined the scheme that the supervision office should check the cases originally undertaken by the executives of the executive office and the executive court should check the cases originally undertaken by the executives of the executive office, and checked nearly 9 files one by one, mainly checking the closed cases. The problems found in the inspection mainly include: 1) there is a sudden closing phenomenon, and it is reported that the suspended cases are mainly closed on December 18 and 19 at the end of the year; 2) Lack of effective supervision and management of partial suspension and mediation cases; 3) The execution of the closing report is too simple, and the execution process and specific execution measures are brushed aside, which does not reflect the specific situation of the execution process; 4) Lack of approval procedures for over-trial cases; 5. in order to better identify the problems and clearly understand the actual impact of the implementation status on our hospital among the parties, the office of the leading group for centralized education and rectification of the executive team has also invited 11 people from some parties or entrusted agents to our hospital for discussion three times, with the theme of finding faults in view of the practical problems existing in the implementation work. The invited parties spoke enthusiastically. While fully affirming the great achievements made in the implementation of our hospital, they also put forward pertinent criticisms and suggestions in combination with specific cases. To sum up, the following suggestions are mainly made: 1. In some cases, compulsory measures are not transparent enough to fully protect the interests of creditors; 2. Cases involving the same person subjected to execution sometimes lack a unified and effective work deployment mechanism, causing inconvenience to the parties; 3. The enforcement of the effective judgment is sometimes not comprehensive enough to fully protect the rights and interests of the parties; 4. Some property clues provided by the parties were not grasped in time, and the execution opportunity was missed; 5. During the execution, the person subjected to execution is easily influenced by external factors, which prolongs the execution period; 6. There is a certain degree of negative implementation; 7. In the case of property preservation, insufficient consideration was given to the applicant's ability to provide actual guarantee, resulting in delay; 8. There is a phenomenon of hasty closing; 9. Some undertakers' ideas and methods of handling cases are unscientific, and their professional level and working ability need to be improved; 1. Lack of effective coordination of cases accepted by multiple courts involving the same execution target, resulting in the failure to realize the rights and interests of the parties; 11. The selection of evaluation and auction institutions lacks the autonomy of the parties, and the parties should be allowed to choose independently; 12. The time of evaluation and auction is uncertain, which leads to a long delay in the case and is difficult to implement; 13. The parties' right to know is not well protected; 14. Some contractors' awareness of honesty and self-discipline needs to be strengthened.

In view of the above problems, President Li Ke made comments on the achievements of the third mobilization meeting and the first two stages of education rectification activities.
