Area 1: Hua Mu Street/Lujiazui Street/Weifang Xincun Street/Hudong Xincun Street/Puxing Road Street/Nanmatou Road Street/Yang Jing Street/Tangqiao Street/Zhoujiadu Street/Jinyang Xincun Street/Shanggang Xincun Street/(former Yang Jing Town, former Yanqiao Town, former Liuli Town and former Yangsi Town), and the area compensation standard is 65,600 yuan/mu.
The second area covers Gao Qiao Town/gaodong town/Gaohang Town/jinqiao town (including jinqiao town)/Zhangjiang Town/Beicai Town/Linsan Town (excluding Linjiang Village, Hongqi Village, Yide Village, Funan Village and Tianhua 'an Village), and the compensation standard for the area is 63,500 yuan/mu.
The third area: Linsan Town (Linjiang Village, Hongqi Village, Yide Village, Funan Village and Ceiling Village only), and the compensation standard for the area is 59,200 yuan/mu.
The scope of the four districts: Cao Lu Town/Tang Zhen/Chuansha New Town (formerly Chuansha Town)/Zhu Qiao New Town (formerly Chuansha Town merged into the scope)/heqing town/Kangqiao Town, and the compensation standard for the district is 57,700 yuan/mu.
Scope of five districts: Zhou Pu Town, and the compensation standard for each district is 54 100 yuan/mu.
The scope of six zones: Chuansha New Town (formerly Liuzao Town)/Zhu Qiao New Town (formerly Zhu Qiao Town), and the compensation standard for zoning is 5 1.800 yuan/mu.
Scope of seven districts: Xinchang Town/Wanxiang Town/Shuyuan Town/Nitou Town/Nanhui New City (formerly Luchaogang Town)/huinan town/Hangtou/Laogang Town/Xuanqiao Town/datuan town. The compensation standard for zoning is 50 100 yuan/mu.
The above compensation standards only include land compensation fees and resettlement subsidies, excluding the compensation fees for young crops and attachments on the land. The compensation standards for attachments and young crops on the ground shall be adjusted and promulgated by the governments of cities under the provincial jurisdiction and counties (cities) directly under the provincial jurisdiction, and shall be implemented together with the comprehensive land price of the expropriated areas.
