Do I still need to provide proof of no criminal record to apply for a lawyer's practice license now?

Need to provide proof of innocence. Because of the restrictive clause of "No lawyer's practice certificate will be issued if the applicant is under any of the following circumstances":

(1) Having no or limited capacity for civil conduct;

(2) Having been subjected to criminal punishment, except for negligent crimes;

(3) Being expelled from public office or having his lawyer's practice certificate revoked. "

Therefore, when examining and approving, the administrative organ requires to submit a certificate to prove that the applicant meets the requirements.
