1, on June 5438+00, 2002, Chongqing Yubei Geological Engineering Construction Company undertook the treatment project of Anlakuji landslide in Wanzhou District, Chongqing. In order to thank Hu for his support in undertaking the project, Chen, the person in charge of the company, gave Hu RMB 30,000 in his office in March and April 2003.
2. One day in the first half of 2003, Hu went to Wushan County to check the prevention and control of address disasters. To thank Hu for his support in undertaking the project, Liu Dagang, deputy manager of Chongqing Yubei Geological Engineering Construction Company, gave Hu RMB 500,000 in the room of Hongdu Hotel where Hu stayed.
In March, 20001year, Nanjiang Hydrogeological Engineering Team of Chongqing Geological Exploration and Development Company undertook the exploration right of Geleshan Hot Mine Water Detailed Survey Project in Shapingba District, Chongqing. Captain Bai Jianhua thanked Hu for his support of the project. One day at the end of 2003, he gave Hu RMB 1 10,000 yuan in the office.
4. On June 5438+ 10, 2002, the Engineering Investigation Institute of Northwest Survey and Design Institute of China Hydropower undertook the landslide control project of Sichang in fengjie county and the bank collapse control project of the old county town in fengjie county. The vice president thanked Hu for his support of the project. One day in July 2003, he gave Hu RMB20,000 in the room of the Foreign Trade Hotel.
5. In order to undertake the Baiyangping landslide control project in Wulong County, one day from the end of 2002 to the beginning of 2003, the self-employed Kim offered help to Hu in a teahouse near Huangguan Escalator at two intersections in Chongqing and gave him RMB 20,000. After that, in March 2003, with Hu's support, Jinmi Company successfully undertook the project.
6. From June 5, 2002 to 10, Xiong Daoguo, chairman of Chongqing Wanzhou Hong Xin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., undertook the landslide and collapse control project of Heping Square in Wanzhou District, Chongqing. During the bidding process, the engineering quantity was omitted. After the completion of the project, Xiong Daoguo asked Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Land and Housing Management to confirm the missing items, and Hu agreed to confirm the missing items after examination. Xiong Daoguo thanked Hu for his support in confirming the missing items in the project. One day in September, 2003, in the room of Hongling Hongsheng Resort where Hu stayed, he was given RMB 6,543,800 yuan.

After the incident, when the public prosecution agency searched Hu Jia, * * * found out that the deposit was 6,543,800 yuan, of which 440,000 yuan was considered to be unable to explain the legal source.

Regarding the accusation of the public prosecution agency, Hu and his defense lawyer Li of Chongqing Law Firm believe that it is a fact that Hu accepted the thank-you fee, but it is not the amount of bribes accused by the public prosecution agency. However, in March 2004, Hu felt that Jin Mi's personal social relationship was complicated and he definitely did not have the construction qualification, so he returned the 20,000 yuan to Jin Mi. In April and September 2003, Hu received a thank-you fee of 40,000 yuan from Chen and Xiong Daoguo respectively. After repeated ideological struggles, Hu took the initiative to hand it over to the discipline inspection department of the Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Housing Management. Hu believes that the 95,000 yuan accused by the public prosecution agency has been handed over to the unit discipline inspection office.
