The responsibilities of the two branches of Qinhuai District Court

The two branches of the Qinhuai District Court are the Qinhuai District Court and the former Baixia District Court, which were merged into the Qinhuai District People's Court on May 2, 2013. Their responsibilities are:

To hear first-instance criminal, civil and commercial cases within their jurisdiction and within the jurisdiction designated by the superior court; to execute legally effective judgments, rulings and requests for execution by national administrative agencies in accordance with the law Cases; in accordance with trial supervision procedures, hear criminal and civil cases that have been notified of appeals, hear protest cases filed by the district procuratorate and retrial cases filed by our court's trial committee; be responsible for coordinating and managing the trial and execution work of the court; be responsible for the entire court's Ideological and political work, party building work, disciplinary inspection and supervision work and professional training; management of our hospital's funds, materials and equipment; other matters that should be the responsibility of the grassroots people's courts.
