1. Within the administrative area of ??Anguo City, illegal production, Transporting, storing, selling and setting off fireworks.
2. The illegal production, transportation, storage and sale of fireworks and firecrackers shall be investigated and dealt with promptly and lawfully by public security, emergency management and other units in accordance with their respective responsibilities. Anyone suspected of violating public security management regulations will be punished by the public security department in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Public Security Management Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Fireworks and Firecrackers Safety Management Regulations"; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility will be pursued in accordance with the law.
3. Illegally setting off fireworks and firecrackers shall be handled by the public security and urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments in accordance with the "Atmospheric Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China", and the "Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers" Regulations and the Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in Hebei Province, we are ordered to stop setting off and punished in accordance with the law.
4. Anyone who illegally produces, transports, stores, sells or sets off fireworks and firecrackers, causing property losses or personal injuries to the country, collectives and others, shall bear civil liability in accordance with the law; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law. .
5. Anyone who refuses to cooperate or obstructs law enforcement officers from performing official duties in accordance with the law shall be severely punished by the public security department in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China"; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law.
6. Any unit or individual has the right to discourage and stop the illegal production, transportation, storage, sale and setting off of fireworks and firecrackers, and encourage the people to report relevant illegal activities. Once the reporting clues are verified, the public security organs will reward them in accordance with relevant regulations and keep the whistleblower's information strictly confidential.
This notice shall come into effect on the date of issuance.
