What subjects do you need to take in the lawyer qualification examination?

There are two objective questions in the lawyer qualification examination. The subjects in the first volume include Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theory of rule of law, jurisprudence, constitutional law, Chinese legal history, international law, judicial system and legal professional ethics. Test paper 2 includes civil law, intellectual property law, commercial law, economic law, environmental resources law, labor and social security law, etc.

The subjective test is a volume, including case analysis questions, legal documents questions, essay questions and other questions, with a score of 180. If you choose to do subjective questions in the exam, candidates can choose one of them to answer.
