(1) Registration conditions

1. Those who meet the following conditions can register for the national judicial examination.

(1) Have Chinese nationality;

(2) Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and enjoy the right to vote and be elected;

(3) Have full civil conduct Ability;

(4) Bachelor's degree in law from an institution of higher learning or non-law degree from an institution of higher learning with legal expertise;

(5) Good conduct.

Autonomous counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the Central Government, counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of each autonomous region, and counties under the jurisdiction of each autonomous prefecture; concentrated contiguous areas with special difficulties and national poverty alleviation areas approved by the State Council Fourteen counties (county-level cities and districts) under the jurisdiction of key counties (county-level cities and districts) for development work; counties (county-level cities and districts) in six central provinces including Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei and Hunan. (Except county-level cities and districts that are not the focus of national or provincial poverty alleviation and development work); Counties (county-level cities, Districts); counties under the jurisdiction of Chongqing and Shaanxi provinces (cities) (including provincial-level key counties for poverty alleviation and development and county-level cities and districts enjoying ethnic autonomous local policies); cities, regions, counties, county-level cities, and cities under the jurisdiction of the Tibet Autonomous Region Jurisdictions may relax registration requirements to a university degree in law. The application for relaxing registration qualifications shall be based on the household registration of the applicant at the time of registration. If your household registration is in a place where registration qualifications are relaxed when you register, you can apply for relaxed policies.

College graduates in 2015 can register for the National Judicial Examination.

Applicants applying for academic degree certificates from higher education institutions in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or abroad must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the academic qualifications can apply for the National Judicial Examination.

2. Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not register to take the national judicial examination. If they have already gone through the registration procedures, the registration will be invalid:

(1) They have received criminal punishment for intentional crimes;

(2) They have been dismissed from public service by state agencies or have their lawyer's practicing certificate revoked. Notary practicing certificate;

(3) Those who have been sentenced to two years in prison and are not allowed to register for the national judicial examination, or those who have been sentenced to life imprisonment and are not allowed to register for the national judicial examination;

( 4) Providing false certification materials or obtaining registration by other means.

3. Persons who have obtained a Class A legal professional qualification certificate or a Class B legal professional qualification certificate but have not obtained a bachelor's degree or above from a college or university are not allowed to register for the National Judicial Examination again.
