Test paper 1: Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theory of rule of law, jurisprudence, constitution, Chinese legal history, international law, judicial system and legal professional ethics, criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative law and administrative procedure law.
Test Paper 2: Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, Economic Law, Environmental Resources Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Private International Law, International Economic Law and Civil Procedure Law (including arbitration system).
The subjective test is a volume, including case analysis questions, legal documents questions, essay questions and other questions, with a score of 180. Specific examination subjects are:

Examination time
Generally, the exam is held on the second weekend of September every year for two days, and four papers are taken respectively. Test paper 1: 08: 30 am on September 22nd-11:30, and the examination time is 180 minutes. Test paper 2: On the afternoon of September 22nd, 14: 00- 17: 00, and the examination time 180 minutes. Test paper 3: 08: 30 am on September 23rd-11:30, and the examination time is 180 minutes.
Test paper 4: On the afternoon of September 23rd, 14: 00- 17: 30, the examination time is 2 10 minutes. Out of 600 points, the passing score is set at 360 points (special areas will be notified separately). After passing the examination, you can engage in legal work such as lawyers, judges, prosecutors and notaries.
