1. After returning to Jade, the entry personnel should consciously abide by the epidemic prevention and control decisions and orders issued by the leading groups at all levels in the country, Hebei and Tangshan, and consciously accept epidemic prevention and control measures such as registration investigation, inspection and quarantine, and isolated observation.
2. From the date of promulgation of this circular, any person who enters People's Republic of China (PRC) and stays in China for less than 14 days, regardless of the port of entry, as long as the destination is within the jurisdiction of yutian county, should take the initiative to declare to the community organization, unit or relevant organization where the destination is located within 1 hour after arrival, and personnel from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners should simultaneously register with the local public security organ.
3. Relatives, friends or contact units of immigrants who intend to enter our county in the near future should report their identity information, domestic address, telephone number, foreign residence history, time and place of entry, way of coming to jade, health status and next destination to the community organization or unit where the destination is located two days in advance.
Four, hotels, restaurant operators must strictly fulfill the obligation to report and register the entry personnel, contact units, organizations, accommodation personnel, housing lessors should promptly report the health status, activity trajectory and contact personnel of the entry personnel to the local public security organs or epidemic prevention and control departments, and cooperate with the implementation of quarantine observation and other epidemic prevention and control measures.
5. The entry personnel refused to register the report in time according to the above requirements, concealed information such as travel, residence and physical symptoms, and refused to obey quarantine observation and other epidemic prevention measures. Relatives and friends, contact units, hotel operators, tenants, house lessors, etc. If the entry personnel refuse to report relevant information according to the above requirements and help the entry personnel escape quarantine observation and other epidemic prevention measures, which has caused or may cause serious consequences, they shall be given administrative punishment according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
Six, the broad masses of people found that may violate the epidemic prevention and control measures of entry personnel, should actively report to the local public security organs, community organizations or relevant epidemic prevention and control departments.
