What happens when lawyers lie?

Legal Analysis: Article 306 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that in criminal proceedings, defenders and agents ad litem who destroy or falsify evidence, help the parties to destroy or falsify evidence, threaten or induce witnesses to change their testimony to facts or commit perjury are all criminal acts and should be punished. This is the so-called "lawyer perjury", but the real criminal crime is that the defender hinders testimony.
