First, judgment is for the object.
1. The written judgment shall be served on the people's procuratorate, the parties and their legal representatives, defenders and agents ad litem, or on the close relatives of the defendant. 2. After the judgment comes into effect, it shall also be delivered to the defendant's unit or the local police station or the registration authority of the defendant's unit.
Second, give the way of judgment.
1. Subject to the consent of the addressee, the people's court may serve litigation documents by fax, e-mail or other means that can confirm receipt, except for judgments, rulings and conciliation statements.
2. If it is delivered by the way mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the date when the fax or e-mail reaches the specific system of the addressee shall be the date of delivery.
3. How long did it take the court to make a judgment?
1. If the civil judgment is pronounced in court, the judgment shall be served within ten days; If the sentence is pronounced regularly, the written judgment shall be sent immediately after the sentence is pronounced. If criminal judgment pronounced a sentence in court, it shall be served on the parties concerned and the people's procuratorate that initiated the public prosecution within five days; If a sentence is pronounced on a regular basis, it shall be served on the parties concerned and the people's procuratorate that initiated the public prosecution immediately after the announcement. Court mediation of civil disputes is generally made within ten days after the signing of the mediation agreement and served on both parties. For a civil dispute case, if it is settled through court mediation, the court will issue a civil mediation book. If a civil lawsuit does not issue a civil judgment, it will generally be closed in six months, and the criminal lawsuit will be closed in three months at most.
2. According to relevant laws and regulations, a case tried by the people's court through ordinary procedures shall be concluded within six months from the date of filing the case. If there are special circumstances that need to be extended, it can be extended for six months with the approval of the hospital president. If an extension is needed, it shall be reported to the Higher People's Court for approval. The people's court shall conclude a case by applying summary procedure within three months from the date of filing the case.
