Article 2 stipulates that a person who has been criminally punished shall not engage in the profession of lawyer. Although there are exceptions to negligent crimes, in practice, it is proved that there is no criminal record. Even if there is negligent crime, it is difficult to practice as a lawyer.
In addition, Article 10 of the Law on Certified Public Accountants shall not be registered under any of the following circumstances:

If you get the qualification, you will be disqualified first, serve five years in prison and retrain for two years, which basically ends the career prospects of certified public accountants.
Not only that, many large units will also review whether there is a criminal record when recruiting, and even limit whether there is a criminal record when buying a house for children. If a child wants to enter a military school, his parents' criminal record will have a certain influence on his political examination.
