What is the process of lawyers handling criminal cases?

Legal analysis:

1. The process of handling criminal cases is: the public security organ is responsible for investigation, the procuratorate is responsible for examination and prosecution, and the court is responsible for trial. After receiving the notice from the procuratorate, the investigation of the case has ended the stage of examination and prosecution, and the case was transferred to the court one month later.

2. Bail pending trial is a compulsory measure. Compared with criminal detention, bail pending trial is of course good news, which means that your friend doesn't have to go to the detention center, just wait at home for the court to inform him of the trial. If it is criminal detention, your friend will inform the court to open the court in the detention center.

3. Criminal detention is different from imprisonment. Being released on bail pending trial means that you will not be detained, but whether you will go to jail depends on what crime your friend committed and the trial of the court.

If you really don't understand the law, you can consider hiring a lawyer.
