The following materials must be used for both online and offline prosecutions, and all suggestions must be prepared in advance:
1. Identity information materials (ID card, address, Contact number; defendant’s ID number, address and contact number)
2. Complaint (print out a hard copy, sign and press fingerprints)
3. Evidence materials (evidence materials should be Classify and make a list of evidence)
In addition to the above materials, courts in some areas will also require submission of a confirmation of the address for service of litigation, which generally needs to be downloaded from the official website and the local court.
Generally speaking, for relatively small and uncomplicated cases, we recommend that you sue and litigate on your own without hiring a lawyer; if you sue yourself, because you do not understand the material requirements of the corresponding procedures, Often a trip to court is in vain. Therefore, it is recommended to file a lawsuit via WeChat first.
If you file a lawsuit online on WeChat, even if it is rejected, the court will list in detail what materials are missing in the reasons for rejection. You can supplement the materials and file a lawsuit again, and you will not go to court because of insufficient materials.
Note: For some cases with large amounts and complex legal relationships, it is recommended to entrust a lawyer to handle them, which saves time, effort and worry.
Second, officially start filing the case.

Then you also need to determine the jurisdictional court of the case, and then determine which province's "People's Court Online Service" to choose.
For example, I am a Chongqing native and live in Chongqing, and the defendant is also a Chongqing native and refuses to pay back the money he owes me. If I sue him, I should choose "People's Court Online Service Chongqing". The courts in different cases are different. If you don’t know the court under your jurisdiction, don’t choose blindly. I recommend consulting an attorney first.

At the top of the mini program, click "Uncertified" to perform real-name authentication;
Note: During real-name authentication, it will jump to The Supreme Court’s “People’s Court Online Service” then requires face recognition and signatures. After successful authentication according to the steps, you will generally be returned directly to the original provincial or municipal court. If you do not jump back to the provincial court, you need to manually select the provincial court again.

Note: The court where the case is filed is legally called the jurisdictional court, and different types of cases have different jurisdictions.
Generally, there is more than one jurisdiction. For example, in a private loan case, if you need to sue for repayment, both the court where the defendant is domiciled and the court where the plaintiff is domiciled can file the case, and both are jurisdictional courts.
The court with jurisdiction over most cases is the grassroots people's court. For example, if your domicile is Yuzhong District, Chongqing City, choose Yuzhong District People's Court, and the Higher People's Court or Intermediate People's Court will not accept the case.
If you are not sure which court is responsible, you can consult a lawyer first to make sure.
