Article 5

Internship applicants should meet the following conditions:

(1) Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;

(2) Obtain a legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer qualification certificate;

(3) Have good conduct;

(4) Have full capacity for civil conduct;

(5) Have not been criminally punished for intentional crimes;

(6) Have not been dismissed from public office or have their lawyer's practicing certificate revoked .

Article 8

Law firms shall not accept intern internships under any of the following circumstances:

(2) Subject to the following administrative penalties or industry penalties due to suspension of business for rectification, and less than one year has passed since the date of punishment or punishment;
