Entrust a lawyer to defend, and the defense needs the signature of the parties. Information of both parties; Name, gender, date of birth, nationality, native place, occupation and address of the respondent and the respondent in turn. If the respondent has an agent ad litem or an entrusted agent, it shall also indicate its identity.
The parties concerned have the right to reply. The parties shall sign the defense. Entrusted lawyers only put forward opinions or submit evidence materials on behalf of the parties, and cannot sign the defense on behalf of the parties.
