What occupations can't be engaged in after criminal punishment?

According to the relevant laws, a person who has been criminally punished cannot engage in the following occupations:

I. judges;

Eight. diplomacy

Article 7 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Diplomatic Personnel Abroad stipulates that a person shall not be appointed as a diplomatic personnel abroad under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office;

(3) Being dismissed by a state organ;

(4) Holding a foreign long-term or permanent residence permit;

(5) The spouse has foreign nationality and holds a foreign long-term or permanent residence permit;

(6) Other circumstances in which he may not serve as a diplomat abroad.
