2. Please give a brief introduction. According to the prescribed columns, record the time and place of the inquiry item by item, the name and work unit of the inquirer and recorder, and the name, gender, age, home address, and work unit of the person being questioned. If other people are present during the inquiry, this should also be recorded.
3. Ask about the content. Use a question-and-answer format to truthfully record the testimonies provided by the interviewees.
4. Check the transcript. After the interrogation is completed, the recorder shall show the transcript to the person being interrogated or read it to him. If there are any discrepancies, he should be allowed to correct them. After the interviewee confirms that it is correct, he should write on the transcript "I have read the above records (or read them to me) and there are no discrepancies."
5. The interviewee, interrogator, and recorder sign in sequence.
Currently, there are still some objections to the type of evidence contained in the interrogation transcripts. Some scholars believe it belongs to witness testimony, while others believe it belongs to documentary evidence.
Legal basis: Article 99 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that anyone who commits any of the following acts shall be fined not less than 200 yuan but not more than 2,000 yuan by the traffic management department of the public security organ:

1. Driving a motor vehicle by a person who has not obtained a motor vehicle driving license or whose motor vehicle driving license has been revoked or temporarily withheld;
2. The driving speed of a motor vehicle exceeds 50% ;
3. If one of the circumstances specified in Item 2 or Item 4 of the preceding paragraph occurs, the motor vehicle driving license may be revoked.
