Article 5 of the "Measures for the Administration of Lawyer Fees" Law firms provide the following legal services in accordance with the law at government-guided prices: (1) Agency for civil litigation; (2) Agency for administrative litigation; (3) Agency for state compensation cases ; (4) Provide legal advice to criminal suspects, act on behalf of appeals and accusations, apply for bail pending trial, and serve as defenders for defendants or litigation agents for private prosecutors and victims; (5) Act as agents in various litigation cases. Law firms provide other legal services at market-regulated prices.
