The assistant judge of data development shall perform the following duties under the guidance of the judge:

(2) Organizing the exchange of evidence before the trial;
(3) Preside over the pre-trial mediation on behalf of the judge, and the mediation agreement must be examined and confirmed by the judge;
(4) Handling matters related to lawyers who undertake legal aid obligations as defenders or appointing legal representatives to represent litigation;
(5) Receiving the visits of the parties, agents and defenders of the case and consulting the case files;
(6) Investigating, collecting and checking relevant evidence according to law;
(seven) to handle matters such as entrusted appraisal, evaluation and audit;
(eight) to assist the judge to take litigation preservation measures;
(nine) prepare reference materials related to the trial of the case;
(ten) to handle the relevant affairs of case management;
(eleven) according to the instructions of the judge to draft legal documents;
