Lei Ming: On the evening of September 23, the "Fox Hunt 20 14" Action Office of the Ministry of Public Security immediately started the preparation for the arrest abroad after receiving the report from the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department. The requirements of each department are different, the procedures are different, the subjects of handling cases are different, and the repatriation work is heavy due to a series of problems such as legal docking and legal recognition.
