1, robbery once, the benchmark punishment is four years in prison.
2, robbery twice, the benchmark punishment is six years in prison.
3. Under any of the following circumstances, the benchmark punishment is 1 1 year imprisonment: robbery at home, robbery on public transport, robbery by banks or other financial institutions, repeated robbery or robbery with a huge amount of robbery, which causes serious injuries, robbery posing as military and police personnel, robbery at gunpoint, robbery of military supplies or emergency relief supplies.
3. If the amount of repeated robberies is huge, the benchmark punishment shall be 12 years' imprisonment; if the amount of repeated robberies is huge, the benchmark punishment shall be 12 years' imprisonment. In addition to the above circumstances, there are two or more situations stipulated in Article 263 of the Criminal Law, and the benchmark punishment is 13 years in prison.
4. The benchmark punishment is life imprisonment, and there are one of the following circumstances: robbery causes serious injury to the victim, resulting in serious disability of level 6 or above, robbery causes serious injury to more than two people, and there are two or more situations as stipulated in Article 263 of the Criminal Law, resulting in adverse social impact, and there are three or more situations as stipulated in Article 263 of the Criminal Law.
