If the victim does not file an incidental civil action, the court will not make a judgment on its own initiative. It is suggested to pay close attention to the progress of the case and apply to the investigation organ (public security bureau) or the public prosecution organ (procuratorate) for criminal incidental civil action during the investigation, examination and prosecution stages.
Or file a separate civil compensation lawsuit after the criminal case is concluded.
