Chengguan Town is the residence of huixian city Municipal People's Government and the political, economic, cultural, financial and transportation center of the city. Located in the southeast of the city, 1 km northwest of the municipal government. It is adjacent to Changcun Town and Mengzhuang Town in the east, Huqiao Town in the south and baiquan town in the west and north. It covers an area of 8 square kilometers.
The number of households is 21,, with a population of 85,, mainly Han nationality, with Hui and other ethnic minorities. It belonged to the first district in 1912. In 1946, it became Chengguan Town. In 1949, it was still the first district. In 1958, it belonged to Baiquan People's Commune, and in 1961, it was analyzed and built into Chengguan People's Commune. Established a town in 1981.
