I. Registration
(1) Registration conditions.
1. Persons who meet the following conditions may register for the national judicial examination:
(1) has China nationality;
(two) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), enjoy the right to vote and be elected;
(3) Having full capacity for civil conduct;
(4) graduated from an institution of higher learning with a bachelor's degree in law or an illegal undergraduate degree in an institution of higher learning with legal professional knowledge (there is no requirement for the degree of legal professional knowledge that an illegal undergraduate degree in an institution of higher learning should have);
"Institutions of higher learning" refers to universities, independent colleges and junior colleges, including higher vocational and technical schools and adult colleges. (Article 68 of the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC))
Autonomous counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of autonomous regions and counties under the jurisdiction of autonomous prefectures; Key counties (county-level cities and districts) approved by the State Council for national poverty alleviation and development; Counties (county-level cities, districts) in Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and other six central provinces that implement policies related to the development of the western region (except county-level cities and districts that do not belong to the national or provincial poverty alleviation and development work); Counties (cities, districts) under the jurisdiction of nine western provinces and autonomous regions, including Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang; Counties under the jurisdiction of Chongqing and Shaanxi provinces (cities) (including key poverty alleviation and development counties at the provincial level and county-level cities and districts enjoying the policies of ethnic autonomous areas); The cities, regions, counties, county-level cities and municipal districts under the jurisdiction of Xizang Autonomous Region can relax the application conditions to a university law degree.
The application of the policy of relaxing registration qualification is subject to the household registration, and the term is as of 20 1 1 year1February 3 1 day. (5) Good conduct.
20 12 undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities can register for the national judicial examination.
"Ordinary institutions of higher learning" refers to institutions of higher learning established in accordance with the law and approved by the education administrative department of the State Council to hold full-time undergraduate-level ordinary higher education, including full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges and independent colleges. "20 12-year undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities" refers to the fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 20 12, who must meet the following three conditions at the same time: full-time undergraduate students of ordinary colleges and universities and independent colleges who have been admitted to the national unified entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities and graduated in 20 12.
To Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning diploma (degree) certificate registration, the diploma (degree) certificate must be certified by the Ministry of Education (Weibo) service center, in line with the qualifications (degree) conditions, you can sign up for the national judicial examination.
The valid academic credentials for enrolling in the 20 1 1 national judicial examination are as follows:
(1) Graduation certificates issued by private institutions of higher learning, adult institutions of higher learning and ordinary institutions of higher learning (including scientific research institutions that train graduate students) approved by the national education administrative department;
(2) Graduation certificates issued by the higher education self-study examination committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government authorized by the National Higher Education Self-study Examination Committee after passing the higher education self-study examination and higher education diploma examination;
(3) Graduation certificates obtained by students who have been approved by the state administrative department of education, incorporated into the national enrollment plan, participated in the national unified examination and studied in party schools and military academies;
(4) Distance (network) education graduation certificate issued by ordinary colleges and universities approved by the national education administrative department to implement the network education pilot;
(5) Graduation certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, the General Staff Department of the People's Liberation Army and the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army in China.
According to the Opinions of the Ministry of Justice on Determining the Place to Relax the Registration Qualification for the National Judicial Examination (No.38 [2007] of the Ministry of Justice), the place to relax the registration qualification can relax the registration qualification to a junior college degree in law. The application for relaxing the registration qualification is subject to the applicant's household registration, that is, if the household registration is in the place where the registration qualification is relaxed, the registration qualification can be relaxed to a junior college degree in law.

2. Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the national judicial examination. If they have gone through the registration formalities, the registration is invalid:
(1) has received criminal punishment for intentional crime;
(2) Being expelled from public office by a state organ or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;
(3) Being sentenced to two years' imprisonment and not allowed to register for the national judicial examination, or being sentenced to life imprisonment and not allowed to register for the national judicial examination;
(4) Providing false certification materials or obtaining registration by other means.
3. Persons who have obtained a Class A legal professional qualification certificate, or those who have obtained a Class B legal professional qualification certificate but have not yet obtained a bachelor's degree or above in an institution of higher learning may not register for the national judicial examination again.
(2) Registration method, time and place.
20 1 1 National Judicial Examination registration is divided into two stages: online registration and payment and on-site confirmation.
Online registration time is from 0: 00 on June 5 to 24: 00 on June 25. Applicants must log in to Tianjin Judicial Administration Network for online registration within the specified time limit and pay the registration fee. No supplementary report will be made after online registration.
Online payment of registration fees is implemented for the 20 1 1 national judicial examination in this city. Approved by the municipal price management department, the registration fee for applicants in this city is 220 yuan (RMB). After the registration fee is paid, if the registration is invalid for personal reasons, the registration fee will not be refunded.
The on-site confirmation time of Tianjin 20 1 1 national judicial examination is from July 4 to July 5, 9: 00 am-11:30 pm13: 30 pm (. The confirmed location is Tianjin Judicial Bureau, No.52 Shuigongyuan North Road, Nankai District. Applicants should make on-site confirmation at the place designated by the judicial administrative organ of the registration place according to their online registration appointment time during this period.

Applicants who have not received the second-generation resident identity card may use the first-generation valid resident identity card. Servicemen who have not obtained the second-generation resident identity card may use the officer's card or soldier's card.
Applicants with passports must submit their valid identity documents or household registration certificates in addition to their passports.
2. My original diploma and a copy of A4 paper.
20 12 undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities must submit the format certificate issued by their school (the format certificate is downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Justice), the original student ID card and a copy of A4 paper (note: "20 12 undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities" refers to 20 12 graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who have passed the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities. The following three conditions must be met at the same time: undergraduate students who have participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges and independent colleges, and graduated in 20 12 years. )。
To apply for the graduation (degree) certificate of Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning, the graduation (degree) certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education and its copy shall be submitted.
3. Where the registration qualification conditions and local policies are relaxed, the household registration should be explained to the registration staff on its own initiative, and the original and photocopy of the household registration book (printed version) should be submitted when the registration is confirmed; The household registration code filled in the registration form should be consistent with the household registration place.
4. Other materials required by the judicial administrative organ.

After examination and verification by the judicial administrative organ at the place of registration, it is confirmed that the registration materials are true and complete, meet the registration conditions, and have paid the registration fee, and the main certificate of the admission ticket will be awarded. After the provincial judicial administrative organ has passed the examination, it is allowed to generate a supplementary certificate of the admission ticket, which is downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Justice by the applicants.
Candidates must take the test with both the main certificate and the auxiliary certificate of the admission ticket.
