Where does Yiwu Jinzhifa turn?
Yiwu Jin Zhifa was transferred to the Yiwu Procuratorate of Jinhua City. Procuratorial organs are state organs that exercise procuratorial power on behalf of the state according to law. Their main duties are to investigate criminal responsibility, initiate public prosecution and implement legal supervision. Procuratorial organs in capitalist countries are either attached to the court system (civil law countries) or set up independently (common law countries). In our country, the people's procuratorate is the national legal supervision organ, which is produced by the people's congress at the same level and is responsible to the people's congress and reports its work. The procuratorate is juxtaposed with the people's courts and the government, which is called "one government and two houses". Its powers mainly include: examining and approving arrest, deciding to prosecute and appearing in court to support public prosecution. China has established special people's procuratorates such as the Supreme People's Procuratorate, local people's procuratorates at various levels and military procuratorates.
