Legal analysis
To constitute this crime, we must have the constitutive requirements and the form of responsibility. The object of this crime is the body of others, so hurting one's own body does not constitute a crime. Secondly, the content of the behavior is to intentionally harm the health of others, in which injury generally refers to illegally harming the health of others. Finally, the form of responsibility, the form of responsibility for this crime is intentional. That is to say, for this crime, only if the actor intentionally hurts others subjectively and causes minor injuries to the other party objectively, it is a criminal offence of intentional injury, which constitutes the crime of intentional injury, and the actor should bear criminal responsibility. However, if the perpetrator does not intentionally hurt others subjectively, but causes minor injuries to the other party due to negligence, it does not constitute a crime and will not be sentenced, but he should bear corresponding civil liability for compensation according to the size of the fault. Therefore, it is unnecessary for a place to cause minor injuries to itself, and prosecution will be subject to criminal punishment. Must meet the above requirements and forms of responsibility, then the other party's behavior may constitute a crime.
