Subjective aspect of law: Reporting a case is not within the scope of lawyers' practice, and it is generally carried out by the parties or their close relatives. Reporting a case means that organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and citizens (including victims) will report to the judicial organs the acts found to have criminal facts or suspected crimes. Any unit or individual who discovers criminal facts or suspects has the right and obligation to report to the public security organ, the people's procuratorate or the people's court.
