What is recorded in the criminal investigation, examination transcripts

I. On-site investigation transcript. Its content mainly includes the scene of the transcript, site photography and site drawing three parts. Specific content includes:

(1) the time of receipt of the report, the time and place of the case occurred or found, the climate at the time, as well as the basic situation of the person who reported the case.

(2) The basic situation of the person who protects the scene, the time of arrival at the scene and the protective measures taken, as well as the situation found during the protection process.

(3) The basic information of the personnel who participated in the investigation and witnesses.

(4) The time of commencement and completion of the survey, and the procedure of the survey.

(5) The location of the site and its surroundings, the central premises of the site and related places, and the conditions seen by the survey.

(6) Details of the remains and traces of the offender and the anomalies seen at the scene.

(7) Description of physical evidence taken. (including objects and traces), the name and quantity of documentary evidence; description of the content of the scene photographed, the number of photographs taken; description of the type and number of maps drawn of the scene.

II. Inspection transcript. Its contents include: the time and place of inspection, the name and position of the inspector, the basic situation of the inspected person as well as witnesses, the content of the inspection, the results of the inspection. It should be noted that in the suspect, the accused refused to check, the investigator and the trial judge deemed necessary, can be forced to check. This situation should also be faithfully reflected in the transcript.
