Legal professional ethics refers to a moral law that legal persons must abide by in their professional practice.

I. Trial ethics

Trial ethics (judge ethics): the basic principle that judges should follow in judicial work. A judge is a judge who exercises state judicial power according to law. In China, there are presidents, vice presidents, members of judicial committees, presidents, vice presidents, judges and assistant judges of special people's courts such as the Supreme People's Court, local people's courts at all levels and military courts.

The fundamental duty of a judge is to participate in the collegiate bench to hear a case or to hear a case alone. Judges play a decisive role in realizing the fairness and efficiency of judicial trials.

Second, the procuratorial ethics

Procuratorial ethics: the basic principle that prosecutors should follow in procuratorial work. Prosecutors are prosecutors who exercise the procuratorial power of the state according to law, including chief procurators, deputy chief procurators, members of procuratorial committees, procurators and assistant procurators of special people's procuratorates such as the Supreme People's Procuratorate, local people's procuratorates at various levels and military procuratorates.

The duty of a prosecutor is to supervise the law, prosecute on behalf of the state, and investigate criminal cases directly accepted by the people's procuratorate according to law.

Third, the lawyer's morality.

Lawyer's morality: the basic moral principles that lawyers should follow when accepting entrustment and providing legal services to their clients.

Lawyer: a practitioner who obtains a lawyer's practice certificate according to law, accepts entrustment or assignment, and provides legal services to clients.
