He is currently a professor of criminal law at China University of Political Science and Law, director of the Institute of Criminal Law, a practicing lawyer at Beijing Shuaihe Law Firm and a lecturer in criminal law at Houda University. The main research fields are criminal law, criminal law philosophy, economic criminal law and sexual crimes. Many courses are offered to undergraduates and graduate students in the school, such as general principles of criminal law, specific provisions of criminal law, economic criminal law, criminal law discussion and so on.
1995, Luo Xiang entered China Youth College for Politics and obtained a bachelor's degree in law in 1999. Then he went to the Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law, and got a master's degree in criminal law in 2002. Graduated from Peking University Law School in 2005 with a doctorate in criminal law.
After graduation, Luo Xiang returned to China University of Political Science and Law to teach. During this period, I visited Berkeley, California, USA on April 38, 2009, and visited Duke University on April 38, 2065. During my school years, I won the title of Top Ten Teachers welcomed by students of China University of Political Science and Law for many times, and was selected as an excellent tutor in the eyes of the first graduate students of the 20th18th Law University.
At the beginning of 2020, he became popular on the Internet because he humorously explained the knowledge points of the French exam in the series of videos "Luo Xiang talks about criminal law". On March 9 of the same year, he was officially invited to settle in, and the number of fans in the station exceeded one million in one day.
